Schedule your training.

Log in to www.gototraining.com and click
Schedule a Training. Fill in the title,
description and date cells. GoToTraining
then automatically creates your invitation
and registration.

Invite and prepare your audience.

Invite people to register via email or web registration form.

Customize Questions

Get to know them and their
needs better by customising
your registration questions –
just click the Questions tab
and check which questions
you’d like to ask (or
customize your own).

Provide training
materials in advance

Click the Edit button under
Materials for Attendees to
upload files and links for
registrants to read in
preparation for the session.

Start your session.

When it’s time to begin, click the Start Training button next to the session you’d like to launch. Click Show My Screen to start screen sharing. Share your whole screen or just a specific application.

Choose your audio preference.

Once your attendees have arrived, each person can choose to use their computer's mic and speakers (VoIP or call in via phone.)

Turn on your webcam & share
with your audience.

Convey more of your personality and enhance your interactions with learners with built-in HDFaces video conferencing. Just click the blue webcam button on the control panel to show your face to the audience. Use tests and polls to increase interaction and check for understanding.

Evaluate and follow-up.

Set up surveys for your audience to take at the end of your training session. GoToTraining generates reports on the results along with reports measuring attendance, audience engagement and more. Just log in to your account, click Generate Reports and select the report you want to generate. Then, send automated emails with links to additional materials.
