What is happening on September 1st, 2016?

On September 1st, 2016 the GoTo business will separate into a subsidiary of Citrix known as GetGo.

Q:

Which products are included in the GoTo family?

GoToAssist, GoToMeeting, GoToMyPC, GoToTraining, GoToWebinar, OpenVoice, Grasshopper, Concierge and Event Services
There is nothing you need to do at this time.

Q:

What is changing within the Terms of Service?

The Terms of Service have been updated to reflect our new entity name and other changes in the normal course of business, as summarized below:

1. Removed provisions that were specific to ShareFile, RightSignature and Podio since GetGo will not be selling these services which must now be purchased from Citrix.
2. Clarified that we may enhance our services, but will not materially reduce the core functionality
3. Simplified language and shortened terms to make more customer friendly
4. Added language prohibiting class actions
5. Moved table of contracting entities to hyperlink

Q:

Do I have to do anything to accept the Terms of Service?

No. If you continue to access and use GoTo, Open Voice, Grasshopper, Concierge and Event Services after September 1, 2016, you are subject to our current Terms of Service: http://www.citrixonline.com/s/tos
